  41. I found some very short gifs (300 bytes)  and was able to print them.
  42. Maybe I'm  running into the exit sequences prematurely. I'll have
  43. to do some searches in files that failed and see if that is
  44. the problem. I don't how how random the distribution of chars
  45. is in these file types is, If it were random wouldn't the probability
  46. of any four chars being the exit sequence be 1/( 256 ^ 4), a pretty
  47. big number, but me thinks I don't really know. Geesh
